2. Data in the app

Factures CH stores data locally on your device, including:

• Your company and client details
• Invoices, quotes, line items and generated PDFs
• Imported bank statements (Pro) and cash flow entries
• Settings (language, security, backups)

This data is not sent to our servers for day-to-day use. You can export a backup and choose where to store it.

3. Website & contact form

When you contact us via the form, we receive the fields you provide (name, email, message). Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps.

4. Your rights (nFADP / GDPR)

You may request access, correction or deletion of data you sent us by email. For in-app data: export, restore or uninstall.

5. Changes

We may update this page; the date at the top will be adjusted.
