Common issues

  • Can't import my statement You need Pro (or the 14-day trial): Settings → Plan. Use the file from your e-banking.
  • Invoice not marked paid The payment must include the invoice reference. Otherwise mark paid manually in two taps.
  • Back up my data Settings → Backup: export regularly to your phone or personal cloud.
